excellent with allergies but bread was dry and food not as good as we were expecting . Very expensive for what you get and lack of atmosphere left us a bit underwhelmed. I would not return.

It was a lovely place to celebrate a special birthday. The only thing they could improve on is theming the downstairs restaurant a little more and perhaps dressing up waiting staff

The experience was lovely There could have been more added to the restaurant to make it in line with the Charlie and the chocolate factory theme I felt the £50 service charge added was very steep and would have preferred to offer my own service charge

Ambiance downstairs was a letdown compared to the entrance and the welcome you got there - there was nothing chocolate related downstairs . We had unlimited tea and sandwiches - the food was very nice - pineapple cream was delicious on the scones Our waitress named Fanta was really nice - explained what we were eating in detail - very attentive

The service and ambience were SUPERB! I am gluten free, and I was given an entirely gluten free version of the high tea my non- gluten free eating husband and children were eating.
