When Lord Erik Vasa Johansson was born in 1470, in Örbyhus, Uppsala, Sweden, his father, Johan Vasa Kristiernsson, was 35 and his mother, Birgitta Gustafsdotter (Sture [Sjöblad]), was 30. He married Frilla in 1518. They were the parents of at least 1 son. He died on 8 November 1520, in Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden, at the age of 50.
