After shopping for bibs for our 4 month old baby, we decided to put bibs back down on shelf in store. We then went to Woolworths and were approached by The Staff at Heylo Baywest Port Elizabeth and were accused that we had ****** Bibs from Heylo. After going back to the Heylo store in Baywest, was accused further. After pointing out where I put the product After rudely being accused I was then told that I planted the product there and wasn't there before.... The whole of the security at baywest at this stage was in the store behind the the counter with myself and staff from Heylo looking at the CCTV footage whereby I then told them to look at all the 300+ cameras that they have in the shop to see if I had ****** Bibs. I then proceeded by telling my Wife who at this stage was carrying our 4 month old boy to go and stand where I had placed these bibs that were apparently "******". On The CCTV footage I then told the staff at Baywest to look at that angle and at the time of the "******" item. They did and clearly I had placed the item down and had left the store. SO BEFORE ACCUSING SOMEONE OF THEFT, LOOK AT YOUR ****ING CAMERA AND DONT POINT FINGERS. There were 2 women from Heylo that had accused us (My Family) of theft and did not even get an apology whatsoever. HIGHLY DISGUSTED AND HUMILIATING FOR MY WIFE AND I. IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS. YOU (HEYLO BAYWEST MALL PORT ELIZABETH) WILL NOT GET ANY SALES FROM MYSELF OR MY WIFE AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. VERY DISGUSTED BY YOUR STAFF. COULD NOT EVEN GET THESE 2 WOMENS NAMES AS THEY REFUSED. DO NOT BUY FROM HEYLO TRUST!!!!!!!!! YOU MIGHT BE ACCUSED AS WELL.
