Interview Tips

Social Media Manager

I recently interviewed last week with Electronic Arts, the initial interview went extremely well, was even told that my profile and information would be passed around to other departments because of how much experience I have. I was told that I would hear back from them by the end of the week of next week. It is now next week and I have not heard any news yet even though I sent a thank you email. Should I send another one? Also, what are somethings I should ask in the next round?

    Pros

I've never worked with so many great people. Benefits are really good too.

    Cons

Pay is on the lower end of averages and not a lot ofnpositions open up. People like it here so they stay. I've seen many leave and then come back because they missed EA.

They are very kind, they don't want to mess you up. It was remote at that time, trough telephone. We talk about games and how to test them. And also about the working environment.
