‘A Man In Full’ Trailer:  Jeff Daniels Must Protect His Dying Real Estate Empire In New Netflix Drama Series

Facing relentless foes and sudden bankruptcy, an Atlanta real estate tycoon must claw his way back to the top when his empire begins to crumble. That’s the premise of the new Netflix series, “A Man In Full,” starring Jeff Daniels. Based on the New York Times bestselling novel by the late author Tom Wolfe, the series comes from David E. Kelly, the TV super producer behind classic TV shows like “Doogie Howser, M.D.,” “Picket Fences,” “Chicago Hope,” “The Practice,” “Ally McBeal.” Kelly also soared higher and proved his TV might during the era of streaming PeakTV, creating “Big Little Lies,” “The Undoing” with Nicole Kidman, “Nine Perfect Strangers” and dozens more. Regina King (“One Night in Miami,” “The Harder They Fall,” “Watchmen”) is an executive producer and director of three episodes.

“A Man In Full” will be his first of two series, arriving in 2024. In June, Kelly will debut the “Presumed Innocent” mini-series starring Jake Gyllenhaal on Apple TV+.

Six episodes in length and written, showrun, and exec produced by Kelly, the series also features Tom Pelphrey, Diane Lane, Lucy Liu, William Jackson Harper, Aml Ameen, Sarah Jones, Jon Michael Hill, and Chanté Adams.

When Atlanta real estate mogul Charlie Croker faces sudden bankruptcy, political and business interests collide as Charlie defends his empire from those attempting to capitalize on his fall from grace. A Man in Full is based on the New York Times bestselling novel by the late Tom Wolfe.
