Canadian Classic Book Club is for people who love books and want to catch up on classics they have always been meaning to read. Or re-read a beloved classic and sharing it with others.

All ages and people groups are welcome welcome to join us online, we use the free app Jitsi meet.
If you are waitlisted expect to come, I will always let everyone in on the waitlist, two days ahead of time and then again when the event is about to start.
If you RVSP and don't show up twice you will be removed from the group without a written message.
Please change your RVSP @ least two hours before the event.
If you were unable to change your RVSP in time send me a message, we understand life happens unexpectedly.

"Breakfast at Tiffany’s" by Truman Capotea, is about contemporary writer recalls his early days in New York City, when he makes the acquaintance of his remarkable neighbor, Holly Golightly, who is one of Capote's best-known creations.
"Chronicle of a Death Foretold" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez is about a man returns to the town where a baffling murder took place twenty-seven years earlier, determined to get to the bottom of the story. Just hours after marrying the beautiful Angela Vicario, everyone agrees, Bayardo San Roman returned his bride in disgrace to her parents. Her distraught family forced her to name her first lover; and her twin brothers announced their intention to murder Santiago Nasar for dishonoring their sister.
Yet if everyone knew the murder was going to happen, why did no one intervene to try and stop it?
