Hands down the best shopping experience buying a guitar that I have had in 20 years of playing and purchasing. Donny is the Man, ask for him by name, I’m sure all employees at the shop are excellent, and will take great care of you; however, I have a favorite. Donny went the extra mile to put the cherry on top of my collection, a custom shop Brunswick Blue Flying V, a great price and careful shipping, delivered on the day of MY choosing.

Yesterday was my first time at Eddie's.  I had stayed away because of the appointment only but now that I did it I understand why.  They have so many guitars in boxes that they really need to get an idea of what each customer is interested in to pull.

Griffin was amazing to work with and had a ton of great recommendations.  I ended up buying an Akin 00037 that he recommended trying and I couldn't be happier.

I had a private room to try out the guitars I had asked about a long with some recommendations.  It made for a very good experience to feel and hear each guitar at my own pace.

I just couldn’t believe how great these guys were.   Had my guitar ready and waiting and not only did they remember I was buying this Fender Custom Shop strat for my daughter as a gift…..they knocked $500 off!!!   THIS is how you survive and compete in an online world.   I could buy guitars from anywhere online, but I won’t.   I’ll choose from what Eddie’s has.   Really appreciate it guys. These guys are pros. The best products, prices, and service in the country. I have bought several guitars from them and will continue to do so because they stock superior quality instruments at fair prices and they stand behind everything they sell. As a buyer you also get to capitalize on their special builds from all the guitar makers that I'm interested in. They also weigh the instruments and publish the weights! Love that! I bought a very expensive guitar at Eddie's. They put it in a box ,and got it to my house. For that they get 2 stars. According to them , they are an Elite high-end guitar shop, but not by my experience . No regrets really, but I won't be going back in the future.
