Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- itchyfeet2014Glasgow, UK2,311 contributionsThis is a lovely walk on a National Trust site. Boat tours are also available for a small charge. It’s a really picarea and the paths along the river are good for walking with a dog.
There is a cafe/tearoom on site and an exhibition on Constable. A pleasant afternoon out.Written 21 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We particularly liked the webcam on site showing all the birds on the feeders. I could have watched it for hours.
It’s free and interesting and near the NT car park.Written 21 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Set in a walled garden, it's a beautiful place in which to browse and buy with a great selection of plants, shrubs and trees. The shop is packed full of gorgeous gifts as well as gardening equipment and there's a lovely cafe too. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to a walk around the garden when the autumn colours are at their best.Written 12 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
