Why do people say that this is a bad movie? It's fun for kids, has an amazing soundtrack and great animation. Only the story makes it a bit less but that's the only thing.

Another well paced Despicable Me movie that serves up great animation and entertaining action with solid voice acting, this movie unfortunately is an incoherent, excessive and narratively underwhelming movie that tries too hard to win laughs and doesn't go for the depth that it should have done.
