Very nice trail. There aren't any views of the city though so make sure to hop off trail at some point.

Beautiful day for a ride. Completely circled the down town section of Detroit. The only disappointment was a number of construction detours...

Great easy hike. Alot of bikes, people on skates so stay alert. Enjoy the artwork!

This bike path is boring, especially for jogging, moreover, it leads nowhere. Prefer the riverwalk, which is much more pleasantly laid out.

This is an easy and enjoyable walk in an urban area. We went on a Friday morning in December, so there weren't very many other people, just a couple runners, several cyclist, and a security guard patrolling the area. The pavement was dry except for a few puddles. We extended our walk by going on the Riverwalk and enjoying the view. We parked in the Milliken State Park lot which had lots of space this time of year, but fills up quickly on weekends and in the summer. Enjoyable any time of year!

Conditions: Great!

Nice urban trail.

It was a hot one today. The only negative was the amount of people accosting us with religious pamphlets. Literally following us & continuously trying to spread the word after we said “no thank you.” It needs to stop. Also today was the most amount of trash I’ve seen since starting to come here 2 years ago.

Nice paved below-grade urban walk. Beautiful murals. No restrooms out of season. (Reason fo four stars)

Great walk for a sunny morning. Urban artwork with industrial character. No bathrooms (Freight Yard not open this morning) with limited access to getting off trail. However, perfect for a morning in Detroit.

We nearly had the entire place to ourselves. Only saw a few other people. Incredible murals & artwork by local artists. Nice combo of city/nature feel. It’s. Nice 4 miles. Our dog also loved it. No restrooms so plan accordingly.

Great path. I grew up here in Detroit, and have lived in Colorado for the last 15 years. I love coming home to find all the ways Detroit has improved. Becoming very health and exercise conscious
