My man.... How was he Ossetian?

He wasn't even fully Alan his Dad was Georgian and his mother was Alan?

his Dad was Georgian

This is the level of Georgian education. They can't even re-tell their own fairy tales correctly.

Go re-read Vakhushti and try to understand whom exactly from David Soslan's ancestors he called Georgian. Even tho he's the first to claim that, and it was already 18th century.

my friend its a little ironic you criticize him on his education while the man depicted here isnt even Davit Soslan, its Saint Tamars father, Giorgi III. At least show an actual image of him first.

Well. Would've been ironic indeed if OP was made by me. But thanks for clarification

what? dude did you actually read Vakhushti?

Vakhushti says that Demetre son, David, was forced by Bagrat the 4-th to flee from Georgia into Alania. David's sons Aton and Jaradon intermarried and Jaradon (patrilineally a Georgian) had a kid with one of the Alan noblewomen and had David (Soslan).

What do they teach you in Ossetia? Do you guys seriously think that Ossetians had any influence on the Caucasus until Russians came to power or?
