Dante Roman Titus Basco is a Filipino-American actor, voice actor, dancer, and rapper. For Disney, he is known for voicing Jake Long in the Disney Channel series American Dragon: Jake Long. He also voiced one of the Nerdy kids and another student in the 1995 Disney animated feature film A Goofy Movie, Fukushima in Kim Possible, Kwok Wong in The Proud Family, Scorpion in Ultimate Spider-Man, Madrid in the Disney Channel sitcom The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Phil in That's So Raven, and Jai Kell in Star Wars Rebels. In addition, he played Cory in the ABC TV show A Million Little Things.

Basco was born and raised in California and attended Orange County High School of the Arts in the Music and Theatre Conservatory and graduated in 1993. He also worked as a street performer with his brothers as a breakdancing crew.

Basco began his career with television shows such as The Wonder Years, Santa Barbara, Highway To Heaven, Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Touched by an Angel, Moesha, The Steve Harvey Show, Providence, CSI: Miami, and A Million Little Things. While not appearing many films, he is well-known for playing Rufio, the leader of the Lost Boys in Steven Spielberg's 1991 fantasy Hook. His other film credits include Fakin' da Funk, Biker Boyz, and Take the Lead.

By the mid-2000s, Basco gained prominence as a voice actor, in part, thanks him voicing Prince Zuko in Nickelodeon's critically acclaimed series Avatar: The Last Airbender. He has lent voice to animated shows such as Johnny Bravo, The Boondocks, Generator Rex, The Legend of Korra, We Bare Bears, Victor & Valentino, and Carmen Sandiego.
