Could we be getting a Soul Tour '74 Video release?
Well Well Philly Dogs,
I'm kinda' split on, If this is going to happen, but a Soul Tour '74 Video Release would be awesome!
The thing is, what concert could we get as a release? The most likely seems to be Buffalo (Nov. 8th, 1974), since we got 'Young Americans' from that night, on the official Bowie Youtube Channel, aswell as 'Rock 'N' Roll With Me' which was included in Moonage Daydream, and as an extra (full performance) on the (Universal) 4K disc.
The setlist for that night was:
-
Memory of a Free Festival
-
Rebel Rebel
-
John, I'm Only Dancing (Again)
-
Sorrow
-
Changes
-
Young Americans
-
1984
-
Foot Stompin'
-
Rock 'n' Roll With Me
-
It's Gonna Be Me
-
The Jean Genie
-
Moonage Daydream
-
Can You Hear Me
-
Somebody Up There Likes Me
-
Suffragette City
-
Rock 'n' Roll Suicide
What do you guys think? I've read on a different thread, that 'Cracked Actor' by Alan Yentob is getting a 4k remaster..
Have a nice day, ~ Luca😇
Nah just release something from the 80s or 95 tour with NIN
The Soul Tour & Diamond Dogs Tour are having they're 50th Anniversary this year! 80s and 90s can WAIT!
There was also a Soul Tour show from Washington in the archives. That being said, Buffalo is more likely. I think we'll have to wait until a boxset to get it. If anything comes out this year, it'll be the Philidelphia Tower show, I think.
That being said, any Diamond Dogs footage would be amazing and is my main want from future releases. The Soul Tour is my personal favourite era, so I'd take that above all else.
