Nobility. She was born at Warsaw as daughter of Duke Siemovit IV of the Masovians and his wife Alexandra of Lithuania, (who was a sister of Wladyslaw II Jagiello, King of Poland). In 1412 she became the second wife of Duke Ernest the Iron of Austria in Styria, Carinthia and Carniola. She bore him nine children, including Emperor Friedrich III and Albrecht VI Duke of Austria.
