          Pros

You can work from home. Alleged opportunities to work your way up every 6 months.

          Cons

If phone, books, paper or excess back ground noise is in or around your workspace and is found out you could be fired. Too much information in training but not enough practice with it to solidify it as useable knowledge. They let you go on the phone with people when you have no experience with the software you need to navigate to assist the callers by yourself (with the capability of iming people for help but the help doesn't come right away or can be ignored while you and the caller are left out to dry.)They act like they care about what you think and your feedback but often when you give it to them the higher ups just say, "Well that's just how it is." or, basically scold you for asking because of "company policies". You are not allowed to use bathrooms unless your are on break...not necessarily a con but I wish I knew that going in.

-Some people working there are very friendly -Depending on the coaches, learning the basics CAN be a breeze -Accessible parking -If you go by a different name, you can use it if you reach out to someone higher up about it -Pretty easy to move up / move departments

            Cons

-Office building is disgusting -Shared equipment is also disgusting -Obvious when managers pick favorites & they make it very clear -Insurance offered is not worth even being on -Clients training program far behind the excessive changes that are made at the drop of a hat -Throws new people into the busiest time of the month immediately after training -Good handful of people that work there have a very nasty attitude, including upper management -Night shift people also tend to be neglected as well quite often -Rampant unprofessional-ism from far too many people on the production floor -Absolute disregard for the workers safety even if reported

Training is broken down very well by Mindy she was an AMAZING TRAINER! Nesting trainer Alessia was Great!

                Cons

The equipment was horrible slower than any other computer I've ever used and dampening on my ability to preform well constant all day issues that were so unnecessary considering who the client was!! Underpaid for the amount of workload and position assigned. The building space is old smelly feels dirty pretty much everywhere you go, the microwaves are gross and need to be replaced and maintained.

Decent Salary ($90,000.00/yr. plus bonus) Flexible hours

                    Cons

                    - Site Directors and above lack true ability to lead - Human Resources and Talent Acquisition are unprofessional - There is rampant favoritism, employee mistreatment, targeting of employees, and quid-pro-quo exchanges across HR & TA in the hiring and accountability across the site - Client Services Directors lack integrity towards the client - productivity numbers, client billing, and KPI are manipulated. regularly. - Some Client programs are completely mismanaged; low-performing agents are moved from one client program to another. I.E. an employee is engaged in a customer mistreatment incident with a Health Insurance client program, instead of terminating the employee, they are re-assigned to a wireless carrier client and continues to mistreat customers. - Bonus criteria are changed in the middle of a bonus cycle, ensuring that bonus payout is kept to a minimum - Employee Assistance programs (MLBA) are mismanaged and favoritism takes a part in which employees receive the benefit

The companies you get to work with and the customers you get to help. The pay is ok.

                      Cons

The management with the Opco I was with was a joke. I was the top CSR for 2 years and got “promoted” to Quality, what a joke. They put me in training for 9 days, half a day I was with the this person observing and the other half with someone else observing. I had never been in Quality and to when I say they confused the hell out of me I'd putting it nicely. They put me in production having to get the same quota as the analyst that had been there 4 or 5 years. There was no team work. Everyone worrying about what everybody else wasn’t doing so what day wasn’t doing wouldn’t be noticed there was no one to hail no one to call him. It was ridiculous to say a job that I severely loved as a CSR. I no longer have.

                        Pros

The trainer for the Marletta campaign is very nice, laid-back and down-to-earth. Easy to talk to. The office is in a quiet, scenic area. Comfy, spacious lounge on the second floor.

                        Cons

Managers on the floor micromanage everything. You're told training is 2-3 weeks but it's really one. One week of classroom, then you're out on the floor expected to perform like a seasoned employee Managers are immediately very concerned about your sales metrics right out of the gate despite you still being new

Hi everyone, I recently interviewed for a remote Analyst position at CVS Health. First interview was on 3/19 with mngr and SR. person/team lead. Moved onto the second round which was on 3/25 with SR. mngr. I asked for an update last week 4/2 and recruiter told me the team was still interviewing. Asked for another update yesterday 4/9, and was told by recruiter that he will find out this week. If I didn't get the job they would've just told me right? Why drag me on this long? What could this mean

I interviewed with Green’s Appliance in Grimes and they advertise $20 but the base pay is $15. Seems to be grossly misleading to career searchers.
