I did attend so I am biased its a great school with a huge student base in a great City. Located in Montreals downtown core its hard to beat for an education in the classroom and out of it.

A combination of middle easter students, Jewish students and everyone else makes this a vibrant if not particularly intellectual university.

I was a tourist in the city and found that the university gym was only $8 for a day pass. So I went to le gym. It was actually free for a firtst visit. The gym was huge and well equipped. 5 power racks but only 2 bench stations. Its an option for you when travelling.

Scattered campus but well maintained even if Hall buildings is a building site. Most of the classrooms are modern in varying sizes. Education standards are fairly high, little to much reliance on test and exams rather than written assignments.

I was invited back to my alma mater to speak with some students about my experiences after leaving Concordia, but first I was toured through the JMSB and it was amazing.

After an hour long presentation this is the email I received the next day from the course Instructor;

Wow....Not only did I think that you killed it tonight, but when I get many students coming up to me after class telling me how much they enjoyed and learned from you, then you really KILLED it.

Thank you Moose. Thank you for putting together a great set of slides, with real lessons!

Please do send me your address.

If ever you are in Montreal again, my MBA class would love to see you and your presentation!

It was great to be able to touch a few students..

We toured just the downtown campus - beautiful interiors and some of the building are linked by tunnels.

When most people think of University in Montreal, they think of Mcgill, right? Come on, you know better than to say otherwise. Good, we are on the same page. Well, my friends, how many of you have attended BOTH Concordia and Mcgill??? I bet you have not. Be honest. Ok, then, we are on the same page again. Stay with me. Don't digress. Well, I am very proud to tell you my friends that my degree is from Concordia and the place has learned me a lot! I have made lifelong friends and my degree is recognized by the best of 'em. Why get a Mcgill degree when you can get a Concordia degree? Kinda like saying why make billions when you can make millions (this is my attempt at humour)? I am one of the most intelligent people that i know. Thank you, Concordia, thank you!

If you're in town, walk in to the Main Hall Building on the corner of Bishop and check out the Cinema and Conferences in the Lobby. I used to teach Finance here and the Campus on Loyola in Montreal West..There is a free shuttle Bus leaving here to go to Loyola..hop on and check out the other lovelier campus in Montreal West..The Building next door..the Molson School of Business has made great strides in the last 20 years..it 's a university initially set up by the YMCA to teach evening students..it has a very Diverse Clientele of Students with great programs in Commerce, IT and Fine arts (Cinema, Atrt History ) (on Rene Levesque).

It's not a place I'd suggest visiting if you're in town. I guess at the most maybe see the loyola campus but it's pretty far and nothing else around there.

A very good university with advanced amenities for higher education. A considerable amount of cutting edge technology and scientific advancements are been actively pursued by faculty and students.
