CAU International Summer Program (ISP)

  • ISP welcomes students from all around the world who want to enjoy various courses covering Korean culture, arts, and technology while earning major course credits.
  • Students will have the opportunities to do numerous cultural and experiential activities diving right into Korean culture and make lasting friendships with fellow CAU students.

Application Process

STEP1 Check whether if your school is partner with CAU.
STEP2

    If you are student from a partner university, please inquire your school for nomination.

  • B

    If you are not from a partner university, please directly inquire us by email (causummer@cau.ac.kr).

STEP3
  • CAU will send out a link for online application, so please wait for our notice.

  • For online application, you will need the digital copy of following documents:

    A copy of your photo

  • B

    A copy of your valid passport

  • C

    A copy of certificate of enrollment at your home university

  • D

    A copy of transcript

STEP4 Please transfer the fee in a designated period after you receive an invoice from CAU.

Important Notice

  • The entire program, courses, lectures, and etc. are conducted in English only(except Koirean language courses). So certain level of English ability is required to participate in the program. (However, students are not required to submit an official English certificate for the program.)
  • Students can only accommodate in the dormitory during fixed period of time(no early check in/out).
  • Program schedule including cultural activities can be canceled or modified due to inevitable incidents, such as COVID19.
  • CAU dormitory offers 2 people room for the program. Roommate assignments are done randomly.
  • CAU dormitory requires documents including TB test results(chest x-ray) results when moving in. Detailed information about the documents will be informed to the applicants.
  • CAU does NOT offer airport pick-up/drop off. However, we do offer pre-departure guideline on how to find our campus.

  • 1) The application fee is non-refundable in any circumstance.
  • 2) Additional documents will be required for the refund, and the process can take approximately 1~2 months.
