My 2 day old baby had a head ultrasound done and the results showed that she had several abnormalities on her brain, most of which where calcium deposits that likely indicated a rare neonatal infection. Neonatal infections are very debilitating. They cause mental delay, loss of hearing, physical defects, etc.
We fasted, prayed, and she received a powerful blessing of healing from her dad. At 2 months old she went in for 2 Brain MRI’s and both results showed that there was no longer anything on her brain. It was perfectly normal and healthy. The doctors couldn’t explain it, but we knew exactly what had happened. She is 15 months old now and is perfectly healthy!
It is a very special experience for our family and definitely was a big eye opener for me that miracles are not a thing of the past.
The very fact I'm alive today actually. I was born at 26 weeks and weighed less than two pounds. I had a twin who didn't survive. My lungs were only partially developed, and only one of my kidneys was developed enough to work. The doctors told my Mom I wouldn't survive and she should get the family together to say goodbye. Apparently they gave me a priesthood blessing, and my mom one. And what do you know, I made it through that night, then the week, and so on. The doctors were stunned. I lived in the NICU for eight months, but eventually caught up developmentally and I'm remarkably normal now, considering. I was deemed the "miracle baby" by the hospital staff and my family. 40 yrs later and I'm still beating the odds. God is merciful y'all!
We're glad you're here.
Thank you, that's very nice
The Lord delivered me from an abusive living situation in a way that was otherwise impossible to leave
I experienced a change in my ability to have a healthy emotionally intimate relationship after years and years of what I thought was unchangeable behavior. It may sound simple and perhaps a bit pedestrian, but to my it is the most important development in my life. I believe this change is a miracle made possible only through the Atonement of Jesus Christ.
Same here. I know exactly what your saying and it is thru the atonement i have no desire to return to a path i was in. I thought it would stay and id go to hell. Not the case. After two years im ready for the temple and ready to take out my endowments. Jesus truly loves each one of us.
The most faithful person I know and loving person I know died from cancer from multiple blessings just died from cancer. I’m glad your child are healthy. But would council not to say god granted life while the other righteous people are asking in faith and God taking them away from us. It makes us feel like god doesn’t care about our blessings or prayers
