Chipotle Mexican Grill

Would not suggest this location in the evening or even afternoon. They always run out of foods and don't bother having alternatives, and the employees don't seem to care either about it, super inconsistent. They should get better at having all food options or strategize to have food options available later in the day as listed! I only leave a 2 star because food can be good at points when available but not consistently as it should be. DO BETTER

4/8/24 on this day I ordered some food and my oder was messed up and now I'm waiting to get my food cuz I was told they are too busy to remake my oder. Get a staff that has some pride in the work they do.

This location is one of the worst I have ever visited. The service was sucky at best. The veggies AND meat appeared to have been on the steam table all day and was very dried out. I quickly decided against soffritos and decided on a veggie bowl. The green peppers and onions were unevenly cooked as well. When asked if they had any that were fresher than I was told no that was all they had. The last straw was if you paid with cash they did not attempt to make change due to a so called change shortage. The sign regarding this needed to be larger since that part in the notice was a small print. This was my first visit to the area after just checking into a hotel. This Chipotle was such a turnoff that I wish I could have given them zero stars!

Clean location, got a veggie bowl. The worker at this location just stared at me until I asked if they were ready for me. I mean, what happened to greeting people beforehand or anything? I didn't want to just start ordering until I knew the worker was ready for me. They literally just glared- please train the staff better. I tend to avoid ordering or speaking to staff until I am greeted or at least asked how I can be helped because I don't want to interrupt. Anyways, the rice wasn't warm enough but it was still good. everything was fine but the service was terrible.

Contacted food poisoning from eating here a while ago, seen another reply saying they caught it from here too. Do NOT eat here.

This location is awful. Dirty, food everywhere, don't look on the line to see mess back there, customer service is highly lacking.

Crunchy girl working in the back and dosent know how to read a 3 letter word and gets snippy when I waited a quesadilla. I only had a coupon that's why I went to stop

My boyfriend and I got a burrito and bowl tonight. It was the best Chipotle I've had in a while. Staff were kind and friendly. The bathrooms were less than, that was my only criticism.

Living in the area I frequent this location often. Over the past few months or so the workers customer service has gotten progressively worse. Ive walked in multiple times around 7pm and asked for veggies because I'm a vegetarian only to be told, the evening rush has occurred and no more is being made. In the past, the workers have been pleasant to make some, Stating it'll take ten minutes or so.

I love chipotle but do not frequent this location if you're a vegetarian, they will not have what you need.

Got a bowl last night and an hour later I had all the symptoms of food poisoning. Will not be eating at Chipotle again because now I can't trust the quality of your products.

The Chipotle in Taylor located on Eureka and Pardee sucks!!! They NEVER have everything that is advertised...NEVER...and the cashier had the audacity to tell me I should come a little earlier...I told him come when it's convenient for me...smh.
