Charles' jolly appearance came one day after Piers Morgan claimed, TMZ reported, that the monarch -- and Princess Kate -- had been named in the Dutch translation of new book "Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy's Fight for Survival" as two "royal racists" who questioned how dark his grandchildren's skin tone might be when son Prince Harry started a family with Duchess Meghan, who's biracial.
