Due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, ​we have made some changes to the admission process for the 2021-2022 academic year.​ In order to afford all applicants the opportunity to visit campus and gather enough information to make an informed decision, we have temporarily removed our application deadline and will be accepting applications on a rolling basis for the upcoming school year.  

 

Below please find a list of useful links containing pertinent information to help you during the decision-making process:

 

​If you would ​still ​like to be considered for admission​ to the Class of 2025​ or would like to schedule a campus tour, please contact us at tcleary@chaminade-hs.org. In order to be considered for admission to the freshman class, each student must successfully complete the eighth grade and present adequate academic credentials.

 

Candidates for admission to the Class of 2025 will be notified of their status via email. Chaminade High School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its policies including, admission, academics, athletics, school-based activities, tuition and financial aid, or any other school-administered programs.

 

Chaminade High School, a Roman Catholic boys school, was founded to serve the Catholics of Long Island and has done so for 90 years. Therefore, priority enrollment is accorded to practicing, baptized members of the Roman Catholic Church.

*Chaminade does not normally accept transfer students after the freshman year. For inquiries regarding transferring, please contact the Office of Admission.​
