Host of the new hit E! TV show Daily Pop Catt Sadler just turned 43-years-old.

But the E! News host looked half her age as she displayed an enviable bikini body while testing the waters at a pristine Santa Monica beach in California during a recent day off.

The pretty Indiana native modeled a skimpy caramel-colored two piece that left no room for error as she traipsed up and down the strand.

Sadler had impressive abs as she frolicked in the Pacific Ocean just before sundown.

At one point the veteran entertainment journalist picked up a beach ball and threw it around for some late summer fun, later covering up with a pair of jean shorts and a black-and-white kimono from Tolani.

The star became famous in 2010, when she joined the extended hour-long E! News show with Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic.

She also worked her magic for several E! Live from the Red Carpet events, covering the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, Emmys and MTV VMAs. 

In May 2017, E! News launched a new daytime talk show called Daily Pop, with Sadler as one of three hosts.

In 2013 the leggy wonder said she was 'really nervous' for her first E! audition.

'I had done hard news and been in a newsroom but the funny thing is I had always kind of felt like the black sheep because I was the one chick who wanted to cover fashion and celebrities or movies and music,' she said.

'In a real newsroom that’s the easy fluff work while they’re out doing “real” news,' the photogenic star noted.

'I wanted the job so badly and I remember being really nervous. I’m pretty sure I did a shot beforehand!

'I remember walking out of that first audition, calling my mom and brother then going, you know what? I killed it! So whether they want me or not, whatever is meant to be will be.'

She has since interviewed some of the top named in show biz including Gwen Stefani and Olivia Munn. 

The stunner grew up far from Hollywood in Martinsville, Indiana, with three brothers and two sisters.

After graduating from Indiana University with a degree in journalism, she landed her first job at WXIN, the Fox affiliate in Indianapolis.

A year later she moved to California to become a bigger fish.

She landed her first broadcasting job as an entertainment reporter in San Francisco in 1997 at KBWB/KNTV in San Jose, California.

When doing The Bay Beat she traveled often to LA for interviews with actors.

In 2006 she moved where she got a job at The Daily 10 on E! alongside Sal Masekela and Debbie Matenopoulos.

Acting jobs in Knocked Up, General Hospital and Night Shift popped up but her heart was in journalism.

The star has had a rocky love life. She wed her college sweetheart Kyle Boyd in 2001 and they had two sons, Austin (2001) and Arion (2005) but they divorced in 2008.

She became engaged to Brett Jacobson in 2009 but they split months later. In 2010 she met British film producer Rhys David Thomas and they wed the next year, but then split in March 2016.
