Catherine, the Princess of Wales, has spent the past decade serving the monarchy loyally and diligently.

Since her wedding to Prince William in 2011, the couple has remained devoted to the British crown, their roles become even more significant during times of difficulty.

"To have these sorts of skills in your toolbox will really help, not just in school but home life and school and other things as well," she told them.

She wore a stunning vibrant £3,000 ($5,605) green Suzannah tea dress, pairing it with Alessandra Rich two-tone heels. To top the look off, she added a pair of Accessorize earrings costing around £8 ($14.95).

Kate also took the chance to speak to sector experts about the dangers of social media on young people's mental health.

"In the caveman ages our worlds were quite small so we were able to deal with that fight or flight response," she told them.

She also added that youngsters tend to "latch onto labels of any sort," and so their emotions should not be "over medicalised".

The mother-of-three had told others on the table, including, Professor Peter Fonagy, chief executive of Anna Freud, that she had "learnt a lot", even taking a copy of the Anxiety toolkit with her.

"She took a copy away with her because she's in the same position as every other parent of needing to have the skills and the competencies to cope with an anxious child, a child before an exam..." said Fonagy.

The Princess of Wales has stunned in a bright yellow blazer during a visit with young people at the charity Dame Kelly Holmes Trust in Bath on May 16.

The blazer is by one of her favoured brands, L.K. Bennett and retails for US $575 ($864).

Kate, 41, wore the jacket over an all-white ensemble, looking fresh and chic.

Thee addition of her favourite white Veja sneakers completed the look.

The visit was in aid of Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK, with the charity focusing on youth development and support with the help of world class athletes who spend time with the youth in their care.

A royal supporter described the royal as a 'ray of sunshine on social media.'

The single-breasted jacket is described by the label as a "Peggy Guggenheim-inspired bold and bright yellow" and also comes in a pink, cream and navy Prince of Wales check.

Marguerite "Peggy" Guggenheim was an American art collector, bohemian and socialite who died in 1979.

She paired the blazer with a ribbed top from H&M and white Alexander McQueen trousers.

Kate added a white belt and and Emily Mortimer white gold-and-diamond hoop earrings with detachable drops.

Here she plays a game of bean-bag noughts and crosses, but came out second best against the children aged seven and eight.

The group were all smiles and clearly delighted with the visit.

Kate tried her hand at archery while taking part in the post-coronation Big Help Out, during a visit to the 3rd Upton Scouts Hut in Slough, England, on May 8.

She was joined by Prince William and their children Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, eight and Prince Louis, five.

An overly-enthusiastic supporter placed her hand on the royal's hair while taking a selfie during Princess Catherine and Prince William's walkabout on the Long Walk near Windsor Castle on May 7, the day after King Charles' coronation.
