Catherine M. Mullay, 74, of Mentor, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2022, in University Hospital's Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby. She was born Oct. 28, 1947.
Catherine was a homemaker. Her hobbies were gardening and interior design. She enjoyed spending time with family at the beach and interacting with her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Magdalina Langdon; and daughter, Christen Mullay.
Survivors include her husband, John Mullay; children, Joellen (Richard) Lazar, and Emilee (Matthew) Teresczuk; grandchildren, Adam (Jesse) Lazar, Priscilla (Zachary) Petrole, and Benjamin and Spencer Teresczuk; great-grandchildren, Liam and Oliver; sisters, Barbara (Paul) Miklich and Carolyn (Joseph) Sperrazza; and brother, Joseph (Mary Lou) Langdon.
Private family services and inurnment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Spina Bifida Association, 1600 Wilson Blvd., Suite 800, Arlington, VA 22209.
