Two stages: 1 - with Capgemini internal recruiter Multiple calls with recruiter before IV stage - discussing multiple aspects of experience. 2 - 90 min interview with Senior Platform Engineers Expectation that you have varied experience as a PE - with wide ranging questions on various subjects, depending on your experience the interviewers may move from one subject to another quite quickly. For me, the interview went well, with good feedback, but ultimately they couldn't offer me a role because they couldn't pay the rate I was on because I was not in the London location (preferred to be Birmingham based). Frustrating, spent several hours prepping for the interview, plus probably around 3 hours on various calls with the recruiter and the interviewers, whereas if they were upfront about the salary/grading and the fact they couldn't pay what I was asking for, then I wouldn't have even interviewed. Time wasted... let down... poor experience. Don't get sucked in by their LinkedIn campaigns!

First they will Shortlist your resume and then after analysis they will invite you to Technical discussion. First they have L1 Technical discussion round where interview will be on your tech stack.

The interview process was smooth. The recruitment process was virtual, allowing me to participate from home. It lasted for 20 minutes, during which I was asked questions related to OOP, DSA, and SQL queries.

Easy and process is gud very smooth and basic questions related to testing and interview rounds are 2 1 technical ,HR , buy work life balance is very very 😞 bad

First aptitude round then Technical round conducted Followed by hr round It was nice experience, interview was very good I like the interview process And company is very good Here you will learn lot of things

it was moderate and question are mostly based on our resume the process includes anlaytics ,essay,and puzzles in exam after a communication test after that there is interview overall exam was bit more difficult when compare to other da 1 companies that i attended from collage

The interview was for Backend Application Developer consisting 2 rounds of technical interview and HR discussion. The questions in the initial round was in theoretical in Java and the next one consisted of practical assessments in the backend.

3 rounds will be conducted. From which first round will be mostly about the introduction and technical questions. Second round will be on the team handling and project details. Third round will be HR.
