General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, September 26 to October 7, tease that “The Hook” will claim a fourth victim after Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) surprises Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also get busted while Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) Florida trip helps out Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
During the week of September 26-30, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will be rushed to the hospital following a hook attack at Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) garage. Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will get grilled in the aftermath as he wonders if he’s under arrest.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will follow a hunch and get Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) assistance on brainstorming.
As Dante’s investigation heats up, he may become increasingly convinced of Dex’s guilt.
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will do everything he can to help Diane pull through – and he’ll thankfully have an advantage since he’ll know about the venom ahead of time.
No one knew there was an issue with poisoned Brando, but Finn will be able to treat Diane right off the bat.
Since Finn will eventually offer reassurance to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), that could be a good sign about Diane surviving.
Carly will also get a visitor she wasn’t expecting in Jacksonville, so that should be Drew.
It looks like Drew will become a key player in Carly’s fight against Peyton Honeycutt (Linda Purl) and the parkway that’s threatening to shut down the cemetery.
As for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), she’ll get fed up with all the shade Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) keeps throwing, so that’ll lead to a confrontation.
Jordan will relay her suspicions about Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) being Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) biological daughter, but Portia will neither confirm nor deny it.
At Pentonville, Spencer will sit down for a visit with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), so we’ll see how he’s holding up behind bars.
During the week of October 3-7, someone surprising will come to Spencer’s rescue.
Could that be someone like Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) since he’s stuck at Pentonville, too?
Other GH spoilers say Victor will try to pressure Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) into a tricky request.
It turns out Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) will make a request of her own to Sonny, who should grant it as long as it’s reasonable.
While Carly opens up to Drew and expresses regrets over the past, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will look to the future.
We’ll see Valentin tempt Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) with a proposal that could benefit them both.
Of course, Valentin’s focus will remain on freeing Charlotte Cassadine (Amelia McLain) and taking Victor down by any means necessary – including murder.
It’s clear that Valentin will cross any line to reunite with Charlotte and keep her safe.
When Ava shows up to see Ryan, he’ll be thrown for a loop. Ryan will presumably get this visit at Spring Ridge and have to keep up his locked-in syndrome act.
Back with Josslyn, she’ll make a stunning discovery and corner Sonny for some answers.
Michael will want some as well, so Dex seems to be the common link here.
Josslyn may realize Dex has been assigned to watch over her, but this discovery seems bigger.
If Sonny has turned against Dex by then due to all the attack suspicions, Joss might catch a murder plot.
Next, Portia will have to play referee once Trina and Curtis clash.
We’ll also see Harrison Chase (Josh Swickward) prepare for a fun performance at The Savoy with Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) support.
Finally, “The Hook” will strike for the fourth time and bring another round of chaos in Port Charles.
There’s no word on who the victim will be, but there’ll definitely be grave danger.
