Abhinav is the current CFO and has been heavily involved in the corporate finance side as the former Sr. Vice President, Reports & Analytics and the Director of M&A. As a CFA Charterholder, Abhinav excels in Financial Analysis and has experience in debt financing.

Kathy is a multi-talented professional with 25+ years of experience implementing and managing organization-wide initiatives and programs. She is a results-driven professional with a solid career track leading customer service, business development, M&A, and operations.
Bob Alban,
Chairman and Director
Bob is an insurance industry entrepreneur and advisor with expertise in risk-based capital models, reinsurance, Federal Home Loan Bank (“FHLB”) matters, as well as an understanding of insurance tax and accounting considerations and the insurance product and distribution marketplace.
Marty Pick,
VP of Finance
Marty has been with Global Growth-related companies for nearly 10 years. He has focused on both buy-side & sell-side M&A, as well as debt financing and portfolio/investment management. He has led numerous transactions from start to finish throughout his career.
Emilio Mendozo,
Corporate Controller & Head of Treasury
Emilio Mendoza is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a 21-year career, currently serving as the Corporate Controller for Global Growth. He initiated his accounting career at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded the financial reporting function, either establishing it from the ground up or overhauling existing accounting departments.
Robert Gaddy (Bo),
COO
Since joining Global Growth in 2016, Bo has moved into a role in the development and implementation of operational plans focused on optimal results for Greg’s ventures. While leading the operational support function for the leadership team of our family of companies and its Founder, Bo has taken on a leadership role in the development of new business operations, the optimization of ongoing operations and in the development of the strong teams at the heart of both.
