In a 2020 interview on the "Go Ask Ali" podcast, Shields hinted at the fact one of her daughters has caught the eye of industry professionals. In September 2022, Shields took to Instagram to share her disbelief that her youngest child was halfway done with high school. "The Hot Flashes" star shared photos of her and Henchy together, writing in the caption, "She's a junior in high school this week. They grow up way too fast."
Months later, Shields commemorated another milestone in Henchy's life on social media when she posted about her 17th birthday in April 2023.
