Holding a cup of Dunkin' iced coffee while wearing a New England Patriots Jersey and voting at Fenway Park: It doesn’t get more Boston than that.

It may seem too over the top to be true, but a video of a Boston woman doing all those Massachusetts-themed activities, and more, has gone viral over Twitter, with social media users praising the woman for her humor and dedication to the city.

The woman, identified by The Boston Globe as Brighton resident Laura Eastaugh, was interviewed by WHDH outside of Fenway on Saturday after voting.

The site hosted early voting ahead of Election Day for two days only, Oct. 17 and Oct. 18, and saw long lines stretch outside the baseball park over the weekend. Early voting will be held in different locations in the city until Oct. 30.

Eastaugh - clad in a Cam Newton football jersey and a face mask with the logos of the Bruins, the Celtics, the Patriots and the Red Sox - was one of the many standing in line.

“I wanted to vote at Fenway because we’ve all been cooped up inside for a little bit, and I’ve got my Dunkies,” Eastaugh told WHDH while sporting a Boston accent and holding her iced coffee cup up to the camera.

The Boston woman added that she was ready to vote for Democratic president candidate Joe Biden but wished she was voting for Democratic Sen. Bernie Sanders instead.

“But it’s a team sport,” she added.

A Holliston native, Eastaugh lives in Brighton now and graduated in 2012 from Emmanuel College, which is located right near Fenway, the Globe reported.

Eastaugh told the newspaper she was happy to cast her ballot at Fenway in part because it felt safer than voting in an indoor space, given coronavirus transmission risks.

The viral tweet of the WHDH interview with Eastaugh has received more than 63,000 likes on Twitter and nearly 11,000 retweets.

“Boston will never not Boston as hard as it can and I love it so much,” the caption of the tweet says.

Sarah Cooper, a comedian who has gone viral for her impersonations of Republican incumbent President Donald Trump, even commented on the video of Eastaugh over Twitter on Monday.

The comedian asked why actor Casey Affleck, a Massachusetts native, was not hosting Saturday Night Live that weekend, linking a comedic sketch the actor did on SNL in 2016.

In the video, Affleck appears in a fake Dunkin' commercial, sporting a Boston accent, a Bruins hat and a cigarette.

“I’m like the mayor of Dunkin',” Affleck said in the video. "This is the face of Dunkin’ Donuts right here.”
