Some days are good some days are bad. I have experienced a lot of issues with their add and remove stop.. I sometimes try to add a stop, a return trip usually, then the app charges me more than double. When I reverse this, because of the price, the price doesn't go back to where it was. It increases. I have fought with them previously, but it didn't help. Try not to add or remove stops if you don't want to be disappointed

They charge you for trips you didn't take (i.e. your driver decided to cancel but they still charge you) and that money never comes back. I've waited nearly a month for them to return my money. Next the drivers cars are inconsistent with what they actually arrive in. They take full advantage knowing that you're in a rush and you won't cancel because it'll charge you to cancel and it will be more expensive because of peak time. And bolt support, highly disatisfactory.

Person using bolt should be able to see their history of all the requests they made, accepted and cancelled rides, with included chats and calls between them and the driver. Will help in making the app more safer and in tracking a person if anything happens to them. Yesterday I had a traumatic experience and couldn't rate because the driver according to the app only accepted our ride but never came. (Didn't click the notification button that he had arrived) he called, drove a different car.
