Mayor's Message
I am honored to follow the lead of Mayor Christopher M. Kelemen. I look forward to continuing to make strides to make our community a healthy, safe and vibrant place to live. I hope that you can navigate this website quickly, and if there are any services that you require or think should be included on the website, press the contact button below and I will make sure that it is addressed. The Mayor and Council will continue to explore grant opportunities, improve infrastructure, and find ways to complete the open-space projects, including Veterans’ Park, the recreation center, and the tennis and basketball courts in Olsen Park.
I will continue our sustainable practices and I am proud of our Tree City USA designation for over 20 years as well as our Sustainable Jersey bronze certification. I am very proud of the services that the Police Department provides for our public safety, the Department of Public Works and all the services that it provides, including keeping our roads clear, removing leaves and taking care of Borough buildings.

I will be instituting office hours so that community members can come and visit. You may also send an email to contact me with any of your questions or concerns. I also look forward to hearing from any volunteers that wish to serve on boards or committees. Kindly provide a copy of your resume or letter of interest to the Clerk, and we will see if there are any openings to fit your interests.

I hope to see you at one of the Mayor’s Wellness Campaign events and at our community events. Bogota has made history in electing its first female mayor, and I am honored to have the position to serve you.
Sincerely,
Daniele Fede, Mayor of Bogota
