William ”Billy” Connolly (s. 24. marraskuuta 1942, Glasgow, Skotlanti) on skotlantilainen koomikko, muusikko, juontaja ja näyttelijä. Hänet tunnetaan erityisesti juurillaan Skotlannissa, jossa hänen lempinimensä on ”The Big Yin”.[1]

Connolly on sairastanut syöpää ja Parkinsonin tautia. Hän on naimisissa koomikko ja psykologi Pamela Stephensonin kanssa.[2] He menivät naimisiin vuonna 1989.
