The show follows a talk show format that discusses the happenings inside the Big Brother House. It also tackles each of the housemates' journey inside the house whether be it about issues, personal statements, acts, etc. that was aired on to the main show.

Four different figures appear as Panel Members on every episode of Big Brother's Bit on the Side. They are the ones who gets to discuss the daily happenings inside the house together with the host and the audience.
