The hotel reserves the right to verify the credit card prior to arrival, by requesting the pre-authorization of the first night’s lodging.
Please be sure to have inserted a correct credit card number. If an invalid expiration date and/or an invalid number has been transmitted, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice! Please check carefully that the expiration date is still valid in coincidence of the cancellation policy time.

N.B. The city tax of € 7,00 per person per night is not included in the price. This then will be added to the room bill and paid directly to the Reception .
Arrival / departure The reception is open every day from 08.00 to 20.00. The arrival time must be communicated to the reception staff no later than 3 days before the arrival date. On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from 3 pm, you can still arrive earlier and leave your luggage in our store. The day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 11.00, then you can leave your luggage in our store if you want to spend more time in Florence.
