Address
Neighborhood: Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.

Always an enjoyable stroll gazing at the glitz and glamour
We have been here a couple of times and it is always interesting to see the glitz and glamour on show. The high end name brands show off their wares in amazing window displays to tease passers by. Just a bit of fun.

    Best street in the world
One of the most beautiful street in Hollywood city. It’s so romantic at evenings. Yet, clothing has poor quality. I didn’t buy anything. Some clothes are made for red carpet and that’s fun to try on.

    Nice for a walk
This drive is one of the most iconic streets to visit in the area and is full of designer shops and eateries. A pretty treelined place, we walked from one end to the other without going into a shop. Window shopping was adequate.

Ok. Typical outdoor shopping mall but with stores the average person cannot afford. Porsche store had a bike 15,300$
Lots of outdoor shops. Expensive stores that the average person cannot afford. The area was pretty and very well kept. It was a nice place to go to take selfies and say that you’ve been there. Other than that I wouldn’t go.

    Epic Shopping Destination
When you think Beverly Hills, you think of Rodeo Drive, especially for my wife who loves shopping. I allotted about 90 minutes for my wife and her friends to shop while the husbands did other things. A friend of mine and I walked Beverly Gardens and returned to Rodeo as our wives finished for brownies before buying shoes at Loewe. It is not my thing, but for my wife, it is something she enjoyed greatly.

Rodeo Drive is just a bougie and pretentious shopping district where people go solely to swagger and make a spectacle of themselves vrooming sleek cars and taking Instagram pictures of themselves in front of brand name stores. Honestly, the people who can actually afford to shop at Rodeo Drive don't -- they watch everyone else pretend to be able to shop there as they languish in their hillside homes and shop online. Unless you intend to actually shop or dine at Rodeo Drive, it's not worth adding onto your itinerary.

Beverly Hills most expensive shops on this stretch of street. Once upon a time this was luxury and class. Now on the weekends it’s full of idiots everywhere. There are many exotic $$$$ cars and also street racers just revving their engines and burning rubber from one corner to another with no law enforcement anywhere. It’s “everybody” come look at me. Lots of people making videos. Maybe the during the week there is a different crowd. Not impressed not what you see when you think Beverly Hills.

Just like the Walk of Fame, celebrities and the wealthy do not shop here. If anything, their assistants, or if they do need to run out, it's an incognito pit-stop through the back door. Why people think they will see celebrities, is laughable. Even more so in the last year/year and a half.
There's so many tacky fakers running around and frankly, it's just become worse in the last year. Rented luxury cars are the majority. Scarier and dangerous. People standing in lines at luxury shops blowing their EDD money whilst smoking weed. That's it.
Move along, folks.

Snobs walking around with their noses turned up, scoffing at what they seem consider as riff raff. Stores that won't let you in without doing a credit check. I am not sure what the hype here is, it was a soul-sucking experience (Although in theme with the rest of LA), I am not sure why this piece of trash is considered a tourist place.

I don't know what the big hoopla is about this shopping area. Nothing particularly fancy just ridiculously expensive for those foolish enough to pay the price. Didn't happen to see any kind of celebrities walking down the street or anything else of interest for that matter. They're much more interesting things to do in LA

Beverley Hills is very clean and tidy unlike most of LA and this is their premier road. All the top brands are here accompanied by the usual high performance cars driving round in circles.
At least people are walking around the streets there.
I suppose if you are buying then the street is great. If not then it’s over in 20 minutes.
Nowhere near the same level as Bond Street in London for example.

2 streets of branded goods, like the Champs-Elysee of Paris / Orchard Road of Singapore.

Zipped thru the street to the end where the Beverly Wilshire Hotel stands. This is the iconic hotel where they filmed Pretty Woman. And so many years on, they are still milking the publicity mileage from the movie. Perfect toilet opportunity too haha. Then just opposite the hotel on the slight right is this staircase with a Make-A-Wish fountain and together this forms the Golden Triangle.

Prettier at night so go by in the late afternoon, stay thru for sunset then night lights.

We chose to go early to rodeo drive so that there weren’t too many people in our pictures and we also didn’t need to go into the stores. We got some great photos outside those iconic shops and down the street with very little in our way. It was a nice walk actually and if you do it early you can go on and do other things :)

Don't know if it was because of the Stock market crashing that day, but the place was dead. Fancy stores where the average person could not think of affording anything. One good thing, free two hour parking at underground lots that are tricky to find. Go if you must, prepare to be bored.

Rodeo Drive is another must-see spot in LA. The area is beautiful and picturesque. However, watch out for wannabe influencers flocking to the middle of the road to film tik tok dances on the double yellow lines. It is literally crazy how many of them almost got ran over and they just didn't care. People will honk at them also. Sometimes they'll even squat down for pictures, so you *really* don't see them until you're right on them if there are other cars ahead of you blocking your vision.
