Lady Beatrix Douglas was born in 1429, the daughter of James Douglas, 7th Earl of Douglas and Beatrice Sinclair.[1]
She married William Hay, 1st Earl of Erroll, son of Gilbert of the Haye and Alice Hay, circa 17 March 1449/50.[1]
As a result of her marriage, Lady Beatrix Douglas was styled as Countess of Erroll on 12 June 1452.

Beatrix married as her second spouse Arthur Forbes c. 1463.[2]
She died in 1490.[3]
