White Knight: Is the Joker/Jack Napier also a reimagining of Two Face?

COMIC DISCUSSION

Just started reading Batman: White Knight, and the split personality between Jack/Joker seems to be very similar to Harvey/Two-Face. Even down to not knowing what the other personality knows or does. Not sure if this has been established in later books, but thought I’d ask. Really enjoying it so far!
