Baker did not stop when police tried to pull him over when he was riding his motorcycle along Route 322, near the intersection of Chestnut Tree Road, Honey Brook Township.

Baker fled and was riding at a high speed westbound on Route 322 when he collided with an eastbound vehicle.

Baker, who did not have a helmet on, was thrown 40 yards onto a grassy lot on the eastbound side of Route 322.

The driver and passenger of the eastbound car were taken to Reading Hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

Baker became high-profile in May 2017 after police published a surveillance video that showed Baker mocking and then sucker-punching a disabled man. Baker went on the run and was captured on June 5, 2017.

He was sentenced in November 2017 to three to six years in state prison.
