Major streamers, such as HBO and Netflix, are producing must-watch television series on a regular basis. From “Succession” and “Euphoria” to “Stranger Things” and “Wednesday,” there’s no shortage of critically acclaimed shows being watched—and being talked about. Do you hope to one day star in a hit series? Now is your chance to join a major project by auditioning for one of these gigs. From award winners to new series, here’s our roundup of HBO, Netflix, and more great gigs looking for talent.

Netflix Series: “Gary, the Dog”

The Netflix series “Gary, the Dog” is looking for background talent, aged 18 and older. Talent will portray upscale lounge patrons with unique and stylish looks, and must be comfortable performing around atmospheric smoke. Mandatory fittings are available on May 1–7 dates, with shooting May 14–15 in Brooklyn, New York. Talent will be paid $176 for a 10-hour shoot, with the potential of overtime hours and rates.

Scripted Series: “Legends of Horror — After Hours”

The original series “Legends of Horror — After Hours” is looking for talent. The show explores the behind the scenes lives of some of the most iconic horror screen performers. The production wants Black or white male talent with a deep voice, aged 35–65, to play the manager of a theater, female talent, aged 29–45, to play the popcorn lady at a theater, plus more. Shooting is in Seal Beach and Malibu, California. Talent will be paid $350 for an 8-hour shoot.

Vertical Series: “The Heiress Strikes Back”

The vertical series “The Heiress Strikes Back” needs talent for principal and supporting roles. The production is looking for female talent with stage combat skills, aged 19–29, to play the heiress Amelia, a Cinderella-type character, male talent with stage combat skills, aged 27–36, to play the honest and generous James, plus more. Shooting is May 21–31 in the Greater New York City area. Talent will be paid $200–$345 per day, depending on the role.

Tubi Feature Film

A feature film set to stream on Tubi wants talent. The production is looking for Black or multiethnic male talent with a muscular build, aged 25–40, to play the level-headed Zo, and white male talent with a slim build, aged 25–40, to play the short-tempered Billy. Shooting is May 9–12 in Atlanta, Georgia. Talent will be paid $217 per day.

Streaming Feature: “A Violent World”

The streaming feature film “A Violent World,” a crime-themed action story, needs talent. The production is looking for female talent, aged 25–35, to play a freelance investigative reporter, male talent, aged 30–50, to play a detective, plus more. Shooting starts in August in Ohio and other Midwest locations. Talent will be paid $249 per day.

Netflix: “Zero Day”

The Netflix series “Zero Day,” a political thriller, wants Latina or Black female background talent, aged 35–55. The show stars Robert DeNiro (“Killers of the Flower Moon”) and Angela Bassett (“Black Panther”). The production needs talent to portray a middle school teacher. Shooting is May 4 in New York City. Talent will be paid $200 for a 10-hour shoot.

Streaming Feature Film: “A Violent World”

The streaming feature film “A Violent World” is looking for talent. The production wants female talent, aged 21–35, to play a junkie with a heart of gold, male talent, aged 30–50, to play a detective, plus more. Shooting is this August in Ohio, Oklahoma, or Mississippi. Talent will be paid $249 per day.

feature film needs white male talent, aged 55–65, to work as a stand-in and photo double for Al Pacino (“The Irishman”). The production wants talent that looks like the actor. Shooting is for an estimated 28 days in Las Vegas, Nevada. Talent will be paid $200 per day.

Streaming Series: “Operator X Extreme”

The streaming series “Operator X Extreme” wants fit Asian or white female talent with sketch comedy skills, aged 18–35. Shooting is in Tampa, Florida. Talent will be paid a total of $1,400–$2,000 for a 40-hour shoot, plus travel, housing, and a per diem.

Netflix Documentary Reenactment Scenes

Netflix documentary is looking for talent for reenactment scenes. The production wants slim white male talent with brown hair, aged 18–30 and 6’ or taller, to play Nathan, and white female talent with long brownish hair, aged 45–60 and 5’5”–5’9” tall, to play a suburban mom. Shooting is for 5 days in New York City and 1 day in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Talent will be paid $550 per shooting day, plus lodging, travel, and a $50 per diem.

Netflix Documentary

Netflix documentary is looking for talent to portray younger versions of the main characters. The production wants white male talent with blue eyes and a bigger build, aged 18–22 and 5’8”–5’10” tall, to portray a 17-year-old, slim white female talent with brown eyes and long dark brown hair, aged 20–24 and 5’7”–5’9” tall, to portray a 22-year-old, plus more. Shooting is in early May in Chicago, Illinois. Talent will be paid $250 per day, plus lodging.
