Topgolf Interview Questions

Called a "Mish bish" very different than any other interview. Much like a speed dating of interviews. While waiting you are paired in groups and asked random questions and play games. The team observes your answers and attitude throughout.

We did a Non traditional panel style interview. Also we had to show a hidden talent to the panel. Nothing like over ever done before. It was also done in like 2 minutes so it didn’t take long

Extremely unorganized. Ask way too many applicants to come in vs how many open positions they have. Was 3 hours long. Only asked me my skills in the last 30 minutes.

Great. Everyone was so sweet and kind. They do a misbish as their hiring event. I got the position and started to do my paperwork. Loved the experience. It was great!

They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.

The interview is done in large groups versus the traditional 1-on-1 interviews. They are looking for personality and just want to see how you communicate with everyone. Very casual dress code required for the interview.

Group interview very fun. Very exciting easy-going everyone who applied are fun people workers are fun cool managers ask a lot of questions trying to get to know you as a person

You just need to have as much energy as possible. Come out peppy and excited to be there and you will be fine. A lot bigger of an interview with a lot more people than I expected.

Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question

4 stage interview process. Each stage provided more insight and I got to learn more about the company and meet senior leadership in the UK and US. It took around 1 month end to end. From first call to offer.
