Audrey Young (Republican Party) is a member of the Texas State Board of Education, representing District 8. She assumed office on January 1, 2021. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Biography
Audrey Young earned a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders, a master's degree in curriculum and instruction, and a doctorate in education from Stephen F. Austin University. Young's career experience includes working as a speech therapist, reading specialist, middle school administrator, and district director.[1]
