I’ve finally decided on this as the final state. This is for a covers setup, many different bands but including alternative stuff like Audioslave thus the whammy and trem. I find this takes care of almost all sounds I need, I’ll even change the 2nd channel of the IR-2 to Rectifier for the metal stuff. Only thing is, I’m using the Metal Zone strictly as a “dirty clean” sound and I’m not that happy with it. I also have a DS-1 I could swap out, but I’m basically looking for ideas for that. Basically I’m using the Fender Twin Reverb amp on channel 1 of the IR-2, and I’d like to just dirty that up for a few songs and still have the overdrive option on channel 2. Using the eq as a boost and I’ve got the tuner going through the expression/wah.
Any suggestions ideas additions please hit me.
