Asylum of the Damned (Name Not Final) is a Sister Location styled fnaf fan game aimed at taking the original formula of SL and making it better. SL has a lot of problems and this game hopes to fix them all in one release.

The game still consits of 5 nights doing odd tasks around a semi-freeroam establishment while playing different minigames to progress. These here are the details of what this game wants to accomplish within the SL format:

1. More Content. The game has planned 15 different minigames spanning across 5 nights, These minigames are more aimed towards a classic fnaf experience with multiple threats coming to get you while you complete tasks. Not to mention that there are also 5 Parts and Service Minigames.

2. A more expansive map. There is already a map made for this game. There are 8 floors you can go to using an elevator, each floor being a similar size to the SL Location.

3. More animatronic screen time. The SL cast never really appeared much in their own game. So here the cast of animatronics will be much more present as they activly appear in other places that arn't inside their showstages. The animatronics will also get specific styles of attack and a repeated determent method just in different senarios to make them more consistent.

4. More Detail to existing content. Existing SL minigames will be scattered throughout the game with new redesigns adding new ideas and threats and fixing any problems they had before. Mainly just making sure these minigames arn't piss easy or piss hard.

5. More speedrunning opportunity. Every fnaf game (excluding PS and SB) has no speedrun potential. However almost every single minigame has a task based system for great speedrunning opportunites.

6. Longer run time. Each night consists of a longer game time. There will be a clock appearing in the top corner of the screen to tell you how far through the night you are, E.G. After completing a story event you will see 01:00am appear in the top corner. Every night spans from 12:00 to 6:00.

7. Negative Mode. Once completing the game you get a non canon version of the game where every minigame gets extremely hard for a true challenge of skill and mastery of the game.

8. There will also be a full custom night as well featuring all animatronics using their individual attack styles to get you in a traditional fnaf style 12:00 to 6:00. There are in total 10 animatronics.

Other Fixes To Mention:

The style will be less sci-fi and more industrial,

There will be more character dialoge throughout the game,

There will be a better checkpoint system,

Cleaner Graphics, No weird linear texture blur trickery,

Hi, I'm the Humano Guy! I am the only person involved in this project. I am an indie developer who focuses on projects in Unity, UE4 and GMS2. I also specialise in VFX in blender. I have small amounts of experience in enviroment design and a mild intrest in music composition. This means I can almost make this entire game single handed. Almost. There are 2 aspects that I have no ability to do myself. Being various voice acing, and character modeling. The animatronic designs have been a massive roadblocks as I can never seem to get anything that would be worthy of what This project is trying to achieve. I will probably have to resort to hiring a freelancer for that. Otherwise I started this project on the 5th of January 2023. And Have completed the writing And Enviroments. So the estimated release time (Given I can get voice actors and modelers) is Late Febuary. This is Only rough and could be changed at any time.

Celebration! 9/10 Animatronic models for asylum of the damned are completely done and I am chuffed to bits about each one. Don't want to reveal them yet but this makes half way done this project. A Trailer revealing some of the characters coming soon!

Just Want To Release One Track From Asylum Of The Damned. A Piece From An 8-Bit Minigame. Other Than That. I Temporarily Changed The Thumbnail Of The Game Page And Have Now Rigged The Base Animatronic Model.

Well I Did Try Some 3D Character Design And I'm More Than Satisfied With What Came Out Of It. This Will Be The Base For All Animatronics For Asylum Of The Damned. But Again. Have A Render!
