It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Wayne Wagner (Glenallen, Missouri), born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on April 26, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Anthony may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by : his father Gary Wayne; and his grandparents, Charles, Thelma Underwood and Reeda Wagner. He is survived by : his mother Frances L. Wagner (Underwood); his daughter Jessica Burton (Josh); his grandchildren, Caleb and Destiny Burton; his sister Jane Garner (Brian); and his nephew Garret Garner.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Glen Allen Cemetery.
