- Chale17Raleigh, NC39 contributionsGreat museum with a lot of history. If you do not speak German then it will probably not be the most exciting as nothing is translated.Written June 15, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MissRich64Austin, TX260 contributionsWent here for one of their open house events, post-Christmas. People were encouraged to bring their Christmas tree, stripped of its ornaments and tinsel, for the big cats to enjoy playing with and scratching. I was impressed with the place; cats seemed healthy and as happy as they could be in captivity. The cages for the tigers are in a sort of star-step, so they can communicate with one another and still have a safe space for themselves. There was a drink stand, with Gluhwein, and also they were selling bratwurst sandwiches, and there was a tent selling souvenirs and calendars. Guides were giving short speeches about the animals in German. Parking was IMPOSSIBLE, but it meant we got a nice, healthy walk in.Written January 13, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jjdmcookTaylorsville, UT316 contributionsOne of the few synagogues not destroyed in the Kristallnacht, so it still shows original decorations and design, although the torah is missing, as are the members. Currently only used as a museum and you must contact the visitor's bureau for entrance. They have some good, informative displays.Written September 14, 2014This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- kagatlinStatesville, NC667 contributionsLocated at the end of the pedestrian area of Martin Luther Platz, this old church is worth a quick look. The nave was completed in 1435 and there are two towers of different height. - EvaF2EvaLorrach, Germany4,880 contributionsAnsbach is full of very interesting and beautiful statues. This one is just one of them and according to me one of the least interesting from visual point of view. At the other hand it made me learn about Kaspar Hauser who's story I didn't know before.Written November 22, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
