Anne Stafford, Countess of Huntingdon (1483-1544) was the daughter of Henry Stafford, 2nd Duke of Buckingham and Catherine Woodville.

Anne Stafford was the daughter of Henry Stafford, 2nd Duke of Buckingham and Catherine Woodville. In 1483, the year of Anne's birth, her father was executed for treason. Anne married Sir Walter Herbert in 1503 and George Hastings in 1509, following Herbert's death. In 1510, she had an affair with William Compton, who would leave her land in his will. She also had an affair with Charles Brandon, 1st Duke of Suffolk, leading to her brother, Edward Stafford, 3rd Duke of Buckingham, nearly killing Brandon, and punching Anne in the face. Anne Stafford died in 1544.
