Amalia of Cleves was a German princess as well as the younger sister of Anna of Cleves. She was mentioned in the Tinder parody scene of Six the Musical as a possible choice as the fourth wife of Henry VIII. On stage, she is played by the same actress who plays Katherine Howard.

- After seeing Hans Holbein's paintings of the two sisters, Henry chose to marry Anna. It is likely that he chose due to her being the older sister, which meant she had more favourable hereditary rights in her father's duchy.
- After the marriage negotiations with Henry fell through, Amalia never married.
- Amalia outlived both of her sisters, Anna and Sibylle.
