Where is Alicia Vikander now?

Swedish actress Alicia Vikander currently lives in Lisbon, Portugal, with her husband and their son. Although Alicia Vikander has not starred in new movies this year, she starred in quite a few in 2022.

In 2022, she starred and executive produced Irma Vep, a comedy-drama television miniseries. The series premiered at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival on May 22. It debuted on June 6, 2022, and concluded on July 25, consisting of eight episodes.

Alicia Vikander portrayed a young Gloria Steinem in Julie Taymor’s biographical drama The Glorias, which had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2020.

She also appeared in the thriller Beckett, opposite John David Washington, directed by Ferdinando Cito Filomarino and produced by Luca Guadagnino and Firebrand, replacing Michelle Williams as Queen Catherine Parr.

Aside from acting, Alicia Vikander has ventured into voiceovers. In 2020, Vikander narrated the audiobook chapter “Pippi Longstocking Moves Into Villa Villekulla,” contributing to the global charitable initiative “Pippi of Today.”
