The Unified Patent Court appoints its first Registrar and Deputy-Registrar

The Unified Patent Court is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Alexander Ramsay (SE) as Registrar and Mr Axel Jacobi (DE) as Deputy-Registrar.

The Unified Patent Court is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Alexander Ramsay (SE) as Registrar and Mr Axel Jacobi (DE) as Deputy-Registrar. Both new officials of the Court took oath yesterday before the Court’s Presidium, in a small ceremony conducted on the margins of the Advanced preparatory training for UPC appointed judges, currently taking place in Budapest.

Mr Ramsay and Mr Jacobi are taking up their respective posts as of today, 19 January 2023, marking yet another important Milestone for the Court.
