Aleka’s Attic is a folk-alternative rock band that consists of Rain Phoenix, River Phoenix, Josh Greenbaum, Josh McKay Tim Hankins, and Sasha Rafael. The notable Flea, bassist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, has also added bass to some of Aleka’s Attic’s songs. After the vocalist, River Phoenix’s passing in 1993, his sister Rain released Aleka’s Attic music that was previously only played at shows.
